Vivian Mildred Cramer died on Thursday, November 3, 2011 surrounded by her family. Vivian was born in Kearny, NJ. She was predeceased by her parents Arthur and Mildred Tracy, and her beloved brother, Paul Tracy. She went to Kearny High School, and graduated with a BA in Elementary Education from Penn State University in 1964. Vivian's entire teaching career was spent as a first grade teacher at the Marsh School in Absecon, NJ, where in 1986 she received the Governor's Teacher Recognition Award. She was a vivacious and creative teacher who dedicated her life to inspiring children to learn.

Vivian is survived by her husband of 47 years, Charles Marshall Cramer, her daughter Tracy and son-in-law Alex Auseklis (Austin, TX,) her son John Cramer and his wife Heather (Fairfield, CT,) and her cherished grandson Lincoln Cramer. She is also survived by her sister-in-law Charlene Tracy, her niece Jessica Mirzaian, and her nephew, Craig Tracy. Nothing meant more to her than having her family and close friends together.

Vivian touched the lives of many people with her love, friendship and generosity, and maintained her trademark sense of humor all the way to the end. Friends and family are invited to attend the viewing on Monday, November 7, 2011 from 8AM to 9:45AM at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 591 New Jersey Ave., Absecon. A funeral mass will be offered at the church at 10AM. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations in her honor be made to Alzheimer's Association, 25 Dolphin Ave., Northfield, NJ 08225.
