In Loving Memory of Robert J. Roselle
Robert J. Roselle, 73, of Absecon, New Jersey, passed away, leaving behind a lifetime of memories and loved ones who will forever cherish him.
Robert was the beloved husband of Kathleen Roselle. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen; his two sisters, Linda Hallowell and Florence Gallagher; his stepdaughters, Jessica (Kenneth) McClaren and Olivia Lewis; and two nieces and one nephew. He was predeceased by his first wife, Donna; his parents, Leslie E. Roselle and Elizabeth Ross; and his siblings, Leslie, Edward, and Joseph Roselle.
Robert was a longtime employee of Hansen's and later finished his working career as a sales associate at Ace Hardware. He was a fun-loving guy who loved to laugh and enjoyed bringing humor into everyday life. In his later years, his stepdaughter Olivia affectionately nicknamed him “Bobbert,” a name that became a special part of the bond they shared.
Robert had a fondness for frogs and enjoyed relaxing with his favorite classic television shows, especially Gunsmoke. He appreciated the simple pleasures in life and the moments that brought a smile to his face.
In the last few years of his life, Robert and Kathleen embraced their time together by exploring the world and embarking on countless cruises. They shared a love of travel and enjoyed playing bingo together, creating wonderful memories and experiencing new adventures along the way.
Robert will be remembered as a fun-loving man who enjoyed laughter, good company, a nice shot of whiskey, and life’s little pleasures. His love for his family, his sense of humor, and the memories he created with those closest to him will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
Though he will be deeply missed, the laughter he shared and the memories he leaves behind will never be forgotten.
May Robert (Bobbert) rest in peace.
