Patrick Bernard Callahan

Patrick Bernard Callahan, 83, of Egg Harbor Twp., passed away on May 5, 2026, peacefully, surrounded by his family. Pat worked for SEPTA for many years before retiring as a general foreman. He was also known as Pat Bernard, who sang and performed in many establishments in Delaware County PA.

He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Barbara (nee Baker); his children, Kathleen Lively (Tim) of Lebanon Junction, KY, Patricia Shepard (Gary) of Upper Darby, PA, Patrick Callahan, Jr., of Bala Cynwyd, PA, Daniel Reagan (Linda) of Newark, DE and Maureen Reagan Hanna (Sam) of Collingdale, PA. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents, Myrtle (nee Lorringer) and Bernard Callahan; his daughter, Kimberly Palangio; his wife of 30 years, Rita (Dougherty); his sister, Dorothy Dulin; and his brothers, Bernard and Robert Callahan.

Services are private with Parsels Funeral Home, Absecon, NJ.
