Michael P. Mcgowan

Michael Patrick McGowan, 69, of Egg Harbor Twp., passed away suddenly on April 20, 2021, just 3 weeks after his wife, Dianna. Born in Atlantic City, he grew up in Venice Park and has been a resident of Egg Harbor Twp. for many years. Mike was a bartender at Resorts Casino for many years before his retirement. He was a 1969 graduate of Holy Spirit High School. While in school he was an avid sportsman and loved playing baseball and basketball.

He’s survived by his son, Michael P. McGowan, Jr.; his grandson, Michael P. McGowan, III; and his brother, Robert McGowan.

A memorial gathering will be 1PM to 2PM on Sunday, May 9, 2021 at Parsels Funeral Home, 324 New Jersey Ave., Absecon. A service will follow at 2PM. For online condolences, please visit www.parselsfh.com.
