Dixon, Michael (Mike), 69, of Collings Lakes, passed away February 8, 2026, at his home with his wife and family by his side. Michael is survived by his wife, Lisa Dixon, and 3 sons, Michael Hollander (Katherine Perez) of Collings Lakes, Dustin Dixon (Kayla Turner) of Vineland and Christopher Dixon of Collings Lakes; Michael’s grandchildren, Christoper Dixon Jr., Mackenzie Dixon, Carter Dixon, and Mia Hollander. Michael also leaves behind many brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews that he loved dearly. Michael was always about family and friends, he would often visit daily, or through a call to check and say hi.
Michael is predeceased in death by his father, William Dixon; mother, Lottie Maines; son, Barry Blake; and 4 siblings, Richard Dixon, Gail Dixon, Lois Dixon and Walt Dixon.
In his early years, Mike worked a variety of odd jobs around construction and roofing, however Mike excelled as a mechanic and chose to pursue Maintenance Mechanics most of his life, Mike worked as a mechanic for Kellogg’s until his retirement where he then tinkered with engines and machinery until moving to Pennsylvania to be closer to his family.
Mike grew up in Mays Landing, New Jersey with permanent residency in the town of Collings Lakes where he raised his family. Mike enjoyed hobbies both quiet and prosaic as well as loud and exhilarating. He enjoyed fishing, horseshoes, shooting pool, hot rods, Corvettes, and Harley Davidsons. Mike was a friend to all and was always willing to help those in need, whether by helping repair something that has broken or offering advice to those amidst real life hardships and adversities. Mike loved being a Family Man he was a caring Husband, a loving Father and Grandfather, a devoted Brother, and a cherished Uncle.
Memorial service will be held, February 28, 2026, 11am at Abundant Living Church, 849 Rt. 54, Williamstown, NJ. Online condolences may be placed at www.parselsfh.com.
