Luis A. Ruiz

Ruiz Jr., Luis A., 65 of Galloway, passed away September 30, 2016, after a long illness. Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, he lived in Willingboro for many years, also living in Absecon and Pleasantville, before moving to Galloway 1 year ago. Luis worked as a security officer with Borgata Casino and previously with Showboat Casino before retiring in 2004. While living in Willingboro, he was a soccer coach for the city youth team. He also played football for the Willingboro PAL. In his free time, he enjoyed watching wrestling and was a big WWE Fan.

He is survived by his wife, Rosa (nee Vasquez) Ruiz; his sons, Omar (Rosalba Pedrogo Mateo) and Jose L. (Vivian Rosario); his sister Virgin Ruiz; his grandchildren, Cristina, Jasmine, Ana, Jacob and Mangenly; his niece, Mariaelena Ruiz; and his nephews, Juan Ruiz and Johnny Ruiz, Jr.
