Lorraine Jones

Lorraine Jones, 96, of Absecon, passed away Friday, March 1, 2013 at Kennedy University Hospital, Sewell. Born in Pitman, NJ, she was a long time resident of Oakland, NJ before moving to Absecon where she lived for 21 years. She was a supervisor working with Reuben & Donnelly in Philadelphia, retiring after 45 years.

She is predeceased by her husband, James B. Jones and her sister, Dorothy Stabley. She is survived by her sister, Etta Abbott; and her nieces and nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews.

Visitation will be 10AM to 12PM Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at Parsels Funeral Home, 324 New Jersey Ave., Absecon. A service will follow immediately at 12PM. Burial will follow at The United Methodist Church at Absecon Cemetery. For online condolences, please visit www.parselsfuneralhome.com.
