Survived by his wife, Zoraima Castillo de Ogando; his children, John Ogando Castillo and Ashley Ogando Castillo; and his brothers, Juan C. Ogando Rivera and Juan V. Ogando Rivera. A gathering will be Saturday, November 4, 2023 from 6PM to 8PM with a service being offered at 6:45PM.
