Freda M. Chappell Young, 54, of Atlantic City, NJ passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Thursday, July 16, 2015. A Memorial Service will be held in her honor on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at The Love Center 2002 E. Riverside Dr. Atlantic City, NJ 08401 from 11am till 1:30pm.
