Drew Fishman

Drew Fishman, 64, of Absecon, was found dead New Year's day with a peaceful smile of contentment on his face. His parents, Fred Fishman and Goldie Fishman, predeceased Drew. He is survived by his sister, Sherry Fishman, her son, Danny Onderchain; his brother, Mark Fishman, with wife Jenny and son Mengyu. He loved life and lived it to its fullest, traveling extensively and cultivating lifelong friendships along the way. Many of these neighbors and friends were happy to help Drew in the last couple of years, with ex- wife, Michele Panzera, her husband Mike, Geoff Rosenberger and Cathy England being leaders of what he referred to as his team.

Drew was surrounded by milestone accomplishments throughout his life, centered around giving back to the various 100 plus communities in which he involved himself, but, the accomplishments of which he was most proud were the many personal relationships he cultivated through the years, always asking how he could help them even as his mobility and independence diminished.

A viewing will be held from 11AM to 12:30PM on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at Parsels Funeral Home, 324 New Jersey Ave., Absecon. Burial will follow in Rodef Sholom Cemetery, 6691 Black Horse Pike, Egg Harbor Twp. In lieu of shiva, family will greet close friends at the Atlantic City and County Board of Realtors, 6429 Black Horse Pike, Egg Harbor Township, NJ.
