Betty J. Watts

Betty J. Watts, 75, of Absecon, passed away December 19, 2020. Born in Camden, she grew up in Pleasantville, attending and graduating from Pleasantville schools. She’s been a resident of Absecon for 45 years. Betty loved her family and valued the time she could spend with them, especially her grandchildren. She and her husband enjoyed traveling and RV’ing to many different areas but she was most fond of Lancaster, PA and Cape May. In her free time she enjoyed doing puzzles.

Betty is predeceased by her mother, Ethel May Logan; and her sister, Patricia Souder. She’s survived by her husband of over 51 years, David M. Watts; her daughter, Christine Fusco (Robert); her sisters, Doris Pruchnicki, Barbara Turner (George) and Debra Southrey (William); her grandchildren, Ryan Brennan, Emy Brennan and Sofia Fusco; and her numerous nieces and nephews, whom she adored.

Visitation will be 10AM to 11:30AM on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at Parsels Funeral Home, 324 New Jersey Ave., Absecon, with a service following at 11:30AM. Graveside service will follow at Atlantic County Veterans Cemetery, Estell Manor. Online condolences, may be placed at www.parselsfh.com.
