Angelina De Cresce

Angelina F. DeCresce, 82, of Absecon, died Thursday, September 29, 2011 at Atlanticare, Galloway Twp. Born in New York, NY and lived out her final years in Absecon, NJ. She worked for Best & Co and General Motors in New York City before her retirement and was an example of love, generosity and the highest of spirits.

She is predeceased by her parents, Vincenzo & Margherita Sanicola as well as her daughter, Joanne Cermak. She is survived by her outstanding and most loving husband, Frank J. DeCresce; her children, Darleen DeCresce Ledbetter, David DeCresce, both of Lynchburg, VA & Kathleen Page, Oklahoma City, OK; her grandchildren, Anthony Guinta, Margherite Cermak, Jeremy Wade Adams, Laura Newman, Nikki Page & Joey Newman; her great-grandchildren, Morgan Guinta & Leiland James Adams, along with an ocean of nieces, nephews, Godchildren, loved ones & friends.

Visitation will be 7PM to 9PM, Wednesday, October 5, 2011 and 10:30AM to 11:30AM Thursday, October 6, 2011 at Parsels Funeral Home, 324 New Jersey Ave., Absecon, NJ. A funeral mass will be offered 12PM Thursday at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 591 New Jersey Ave., Absecon, NJ. Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Mausoleum, Mays Landing.
