Ada Casares

Ada Maria Casares, 78, of Galloway, passed away July 10, 2026. Born in Mexico City, Mexico, she was a long-time resident of Galloway. She was employed an assistant professor of chemistry at Stockton Universit for 28 years, before her retirement. She was a beloved mother, scientist, teacher and friend who touched the lives of many people through her compassion and care.  She was known to many for her sense of humor and moral clarity.   She is predeceased by her daughter, Carmen. She is survived by her niece, Edith and many friends. She will be missed by all who knew her.  A graveside service will be 2:00PM on Thursday, July 16, 2026 at Holy Cross Cemetery in Mays Landing.
